My Cancer Warrior....

Well Jim has been called to heaven today by the angels. At about 4:30 am Monday, February 22nd he left our lives, but what wonderful memories he has left with all of us. I will never forget his battle with cancer and never wanting to give up, it just became to much for his body to handle. I am certain that he looking down upon us and saying please don't cry, just remember me as I was.

You both did all you could. No couple has ever showed their love more than the two of you. You have so many wonderful memories. You were his angel on Earth.

I saw Jim's pic in the York news. I used to cut his hair, what a head of hair! I never saw a thicker mane than his.
I haven't seen Him in years, it was about the time that the two of you got together. What a great guy he was, I always enjoyed our converstions. I enjoyed sharing about the OBX with him, he had a lot of tips for our family vacations there.
I am so sorry for your loss. Always cherish the wonderful memories you made together.

Barbara,
I am shocked to hear about Jim !!! Jim and I were teammates on the 80/81 Championship B-Ball Team at ELCO !! If Jim fought cancer the way he played basketball, I know that he gave it a heck-of-a-battle !! My prayers go out to you and your family. God bless you Jim !!!
